Kindly request you to pack the product into the box if you see any defect. Product can only and will be taken once the product is packed. Courier companies are not allowed to pick up open parcels. Yes the sole purpose is to give good back support so that there is no back pain in the long run every person requires different type of comfort so to shift from one to other does give back pain in the initial days its just due to the time your back takes to adjust to a new type of mattress

There are 3 different types of mattresses currently available by our brand with respect to the firmness of a mattress. We provide Firm(1inch foam) Semi Firm (2inch Foam with 2 different layers) Soft (2inch Foam but 3 different layers)

Yes! Honey Touch beds are designed to be lightweight and portable. One person can carry and transport a single bed effortlessly. For proper handling of Queen and King beds, two or more people may be required.
