Metal sheets formed into pipes and dipped in rust-prevention oil.
The processed rods are brought to our manufacturing unit and undergo:
Pipes cut to precise lengths.
Shaped into design specifications.
Joined to form the structure.
Edges smoothed for a seamless finish.
Fitted with powder-coated heavy-duty MS brackets for strength and easy folding..
7-tank/3-in-1 process removes oil, prevents rust, and preps for coating.
Electrostatic coating of 60-80 microns, using premium powders from Jotun, Rapid and AkzoNobel.
Heated at 200°C for 40 minutes (30 min bake + 10 min cure) for a tough finish.
Strength test, Bend test, Salt Spray Test and finish checks.
TVS fasteners and protective rubber caps added.
High-density, posture-support mattresses added (single, double, triple layer).
Packed with recycled plywood, foam, and protective sheets. Avg. pack time: 20 minutes.
